It was so great. I needed a washing machine. .I went into Izzy's, I found a washing machine. I bought the washing machine and they delivered it (and installed it and took away the old wash machine) within two days. Izzy's is wonderful.

IZ Schwartz is the best!! Our fridge was less than a year old and we had major issues (basically it stopped working). GE was no help! We had 8 different tech visits and GE still wanted to try to repair it. Jesikah from IZ took over and got us a brand new fridge at no cost to us!! Will always shop at IZ Schwartz for all appliances!

I am very happy with IZ Schwartz. Olivia was very informative and pleasant to work with. Delivery men were great as I had concerns about second floor delivery but they had no problems. They took away old appliance which was very helpful. Edward also was very good and thorough with uninstall of old stove and install of new stove. Best part I had new stove in time for Thanksgiving.

My entire experience with IZ Schwartz Appliance was Superb!!! My initial showroom visit was a non-pressured experience with available professional salesmanship. I provided the salesman (Steve) a brief synopsis of what I was looking for, and he directed me to the appliance that best suited my preferences without any wasted time. Suffice it to say, it took me less that 10 minutes to discuss my preferences, review the on-site recommended floor model and then complete my purchase. Furthermore, the delivery of my appliance could not have gone any better. The two (2) delivery gentlemen were extremely professional and experienced and were in and out of my home in short order. I've had my new appliance for the past week and LOVE IT!!! I recommend IZ Schwart to anyone who is looking for a profession, stress-free purchase & delivery of any new appliance.

I'm late posting my experience that i had when purchasing a new stove. It was just before christmas last year on a saturday. I had the pleasure of meeting Olivia. She made buying my stove so much easier since i had no clue what to get [my old stove was over 30 years old]. For the delivery very accommadating our first appt I needed to reschedule. Kim was a pleasure to work with at Iz, she was very helpful with information as we were in the process of picking out appliances for our new home. Rebates, specs, reviews, general trends with appliance and what people are looking for. The appliances arrived in great condition and even the delivery and install team called to make sure all the appliance selections were as we decided before they left. They were concerned that we had purchased a full size fridge vs counter depth. They were very considerate! I would recommend Iz to any other local person who wants a one stop shop for your home appliances. If you stop in at just the right time you may find freshly baked cookies!

My new Whirlpool refrigerator was delivered today. I was very happy with the quick scheduling of my order since I really needed a refrigerator soon. The men were excellent maneuvering it up the stairs and in place with inches to spare and whisking away the disabled refrigerator. The salesman in the store was very helpful explaining the different features. I ended up purchasing one I had not originally seen on the internet but the salesman showed it to me based on my list of needs. It turned out to be exactly what I needed. I did not feel rushed or pressured and took my time checking reviews already published on the internet . Price was great in fact the extra warranty service plan was cheaper then equivalent plans at other stores. I am glad that I went to Iz Schwartz's Appliances to purchase my refrigerator and recommend them to others for a fair price, an excellent product and and excellent customer service. Give them a try !

Service was quick ,knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean and very well organized . We went in found what we needed. A sales rep. approached us and processed the paper work ,scheduled a delivery/ install and haul away date in minutes compared to hours at the big box stores . The prices we reasonable. This place even had a full working kitchen with a cook on board . Even though we didn't purchase kitchen appliances we were invited to sit and have a snack . Sandwiches, fresh fruit and cookies . They even had soft drinks . Felt like a friend not just a customer. Definitely recommend this place .

Working during a pandemic is never an easy job. These people (specifically, Steve Gloster, Steve Leddy, and Leah MacLeod) have worked so hard to keep us updated. We renovated our kitchen in March and purchased a fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher from IZ Schwartz. Due to our very limited space, we had to get a not-so-popular small fridge. Steve G helped find us the perfect match. But due to production slowing and issues with parts availability, our fridge kept getting pushed back to no one’s fault. These three were in constant communication with us, letting us know every update that they received. They put up with our frustrations and were honest with us about the country wide shortage and were not defensive at all when we asked what would happen if we wanted to cancel. Leah has been so kind and everyone has been so patient with us. When we recently found out that the fridge we wanted was having the production postponed for another 6 months, Leah helped us tirelessly find alternatives.It has been a long, long nine months. But these people have done top of the line customer service work throughout all of the hoops they’ve had to jump through for everyone and themselves. Cannot thank them enough.Also, thank you to the delivery guys for being patient and helpful with us.

Outstanding customer service and products! I worked with Stephen to select my new appliances. He listened to what I needed and used that information to direct me to kitchen appliances that would suit my needs. At no point did I feel that there was even a hint of an attempt to move me to fancier, more expensive model than I needed. The men who delivered the fridge and stove were kind, friendly, and respectful of my home. The installer for the microwave did fantastic work and was also kind, friendly, and respectful of my home. Folks, you don't get this kind of interaction at a big box store. Shop small, shop local.

Ran into a snag with a kitchen renovation when we found out we accidentally ordered the wrong sized beverage cooler from one of the big box stores. Turnaround time to return/replace with them would have put us past our contractors deadline. Spoke to Jarid on the phone regarding my dilemma and he walked me through my options. He quickly answered all my questions insuring I was getting the right unit at at the right price point. He even went as far as sending me pictures of the actual appliances with a tape measure to help ease my fears of it being too big or too small. Ended up with a Zephyr beverage cooler, the final piece to complete my kitchen. Thanks Jarid, should’ve shopped local to begin with.

The installer went above and beyond to make sure that my fridge was perfect- they cleaned the spot where my old fridge was before putting the new one in, explained everything, cleaned up after themselves, and were just awesome. Showed up, they had the invoice typed up all I had to do was fill in my address and swipe the card. They even offered to hold the appliances until I'm done with my remodel. I had new appliances delivered today from Iz Schwartz Appliance, Inc.. in all my dealings with them so far I am very impressed with their service. From the help I received from their salesperson Jarid, to the people I spoke with on the phone and today the delivery people. Jarid was extremely helpful in selecting a washer and dryer for my needs suggesting things I had not thought of. The two delivery men today were polite helpful and very professional. But the icing on the cake was when they picked up and moved a tiny frog in the yard so they wouldn’t accidentally run it over with the two wheeler as they moved the appliances. Definitely the type of people I want to deal with. I would recommend this appliance store.

I Had A Great Experience Just Now at Iz Schwartz Appliances! We went there today looking to purchase a dishwasher and were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service that we received! The business owner Leah was actually the one who helped us on the floor and she went above and beyond all customer service expectations! Outstanding! My parents have been shopping here forever. This week I found myself in need of a new washer and dryer. By far one of the most pleasant appliance buying experiences ever. Purchased a refrigerator, began searching during a time they were closed, someone still was able to answer my questions through facebook. So helpful. Smooth process through and through all the way to delivery! Originally we chose to work with Schwartz because they have their own workers also deliver unlike the big chain stores... we were even willing to pay extra to not deal with a third party delivery company...but with the price match ended up saving more than if we would have went with the chain competitors anyway! Will never shop anywhere else!
