Love love my LG washer. I can do a nice large load of wash everything comes out very clean but the best part is I have very short arms and the drum is very big but I can reach everything on the bottom. I can throw away the tongs that I used to have to use to get things out from the bottom of my old washer. It may sound like its a trivial thing but when youre short and have tiny arms its the best.

After 25 years I replaced my old washer with the LG WT7000CW. I was a bit intimidated at first by all the electronic features but after using this for awhile I am highly impressed. When I saw the first load I was astonished at how little water was needed. I was worried at first but soon discovered that my clothes came out perfectly clean. I like being able to see the wash cycles through the glass lid. Cute chimes play when the load is done. There are a lot of features here to accommodate size of load soil levels and spin cycles. I am loving this product so far and am very glad I chose this model.

There is not enough water. It takes your clothes and ties them into knots. My clothes do not come clean. I called the company. The lady said everybody freaks when they see the wtere levels. I said no I freak when the toothpaste that was in my pajama top is still there after its been washed and the body orders dont leave. The clothes are not clean so she said put them on heavy duty and there will be more water. So I wash my clothes on heavy duty which is a two hour cycle. So I also only put like 4 to 6 pieces of clothes and cause theyre still not enough water if I put more. So instead of saving water and energy Im using so much more it took me two cycles of heavy duty to wash one tiny dog bed yesterday so that was four hours trying to get a dog bed clean.

Im in love with this washerhonestly cant find a negative. Cleans clothing beautifully. ULTA large capacity handles comforters and blankets with ease without becoming off balance and washed delicates gently. I know Im weird but its so very satisfying to actually watch the washer to its thing through the see through top. Very quiet while it cycles an signals completion with a lovely sound. Im happy with my decision to purchase this easing machine

I bought this washer in May of 2021. At the 11 month point I started getting error codes on EVERY LOAD. I scheduled a repair with LG. After technician came out parts were backordered and repair then took place about 6 weeks later. However this did not solve the problem. Fast forward I am now 8 months into 20+ service calls 3 repair companies 13 scheduled repair visits. I will once again try to see if the last repair worked replacing the control board for the 3rd time. So as long as you do not encounter a problem it performs. However if it needs repaired in warranty LG does not put a high value on customer service nor customer retention.

In my house we have a new LG machine It washes our clothes so clean and serene.
We watch the clothes wash its such a thrill They swirl and they twirl they dance and they whirl.
Its like watching Swan Lake oh what a sight We could watch it all day its such a delight.
But the best part my friends is yet to be told We can binge watch our washing its never old.
The LG washing machine its really quite grand Our clothes are so clean its like magic at hand.
So if you need a new machine give it a try You wont be disappointed I guarantee youll sigh.
In short our LG washing machine is the best We love it so much it passes the test.

2nd time the charm 1rst smooshed before I could get it but this one works great. Fills up spins almost completely dry and hasnt gotten unbalanced yet. I had a previous model of this but it died after 7 years. I like the impeller design.

I would like to tell you how the washing machine works as LG has asked in their e-mail but LG hasnt delivered it yet. They told me a delivery date and when the day came i had to call them to find out that their shipping company hadnt scheduled delivery yet. Delivery was thwn scheduled for 3 weeks later. LG was only willing to give me empty words of apology and unwilling to do anything to help or accommodate me. Buy from somebody else.

I really like the LG washer I bought a month ago. It seems to be doing a good job doing what it was designed to do. However I do have one complaint. There is very little information in the manual about all the different cycles. I feel like Im just guessing about which cycle to use for my different loads of laundry. I usually just use the Normal cycle. I actually went online and found some 1 minute videos about the different cycles. Whether these were authentic LG videos I have no idea. But why should I have to search for this information? I just spent hundreds of dollars on the washer. Is it too much to ask that you include a good manual?

Nothing lasts forever and all things mechanical will wear out. Repairs will be required at some point in time. But the honeymoon was too short.
A friend of ours has an LG washer and dryer that are 10 years old. They run like champs. So when it came time to get a new washer we decided to try LG.
We purchased our washer June 2022. This would be our 1st LG product. We were thrilled with how it worked. It was quiet and cleaned the clothes better than any other washer. Then the noise started. At 1st it was an occasional small squeaking sound. Like a dolphin off in the distance. Soon the dolphin was at our doorstep wanting to come inside. It turns out the sound was the shaft seal between the transmission and the drum.
The sad thing is the sound began with only 3 months of use. We are hoping that the repair will send the dolphin home and many years of blissful use remains before us. We will see.

Love my new LG washer It runs like a champ and does a great job cleaning our clothes. You are able to select a deep wash setting which is a big plus. I highly recommend it. We previously had a front loading washer which we only had for 8 years and left your clothes smelling like detergent even after double rinsing.
