We purchased this in October of 2019 and so far, we love it. I am used to a stacked front loading washer/dryer and I was not sure how I woud like the top loading washer. It's much deeper than I thought it would be and I'm short (5'3) and I have to stand on my tip toes to reach the bottom. Both run very quietly and have many features. The washer has so many choices and the dryer really dries quickly! My previous washer and dryer were Maytag and were two units that stacked, this one is one solid unit. The Maytag machines only lasted 12.5 years, and I'm hoping this laundry center lasts longer! So far, so good.

Destroys your clothing. Water never fills. Leaves clothes with half ___ cleaning. Dryer ruins your clothes. Have had it for 1.5 years and it has gradually gotten worse. at least 200.00 plus in ruined clothing. Gets caught in areas of the dryer. Ventilations is extremely terrible and burns your clothing. DO NOT BUY!!!

Always hard to choose a new machine. My last stackables were 15 years old. Lots of new features and water saving. So far only one minor issue ... dryer door takes some muscle to open and close. Performance-wise excellent!

Have been using my new appliances for a month. My old washer and dryer were 20 plus yrs old. The new features are amazing but my favorite is the height of the dryer. I didn't know if I would like the stackable set up but being able to stand and empty the dryer is so convenient. Am extremely happy with my purchase!!!!!!

I bought this in Dec 2018. I have had technicians come out 6 times because either my clothing or dryer sheets get stuck and torn in a gap under the lint trap. It is still not resolved. The same 2 parts have been replaced three and four times. What does it take to get a new machine. I will never purchase another whirlpool appliance which is disappointing as I had always preferred whirlpool and need to replace my kitchen appliances.

Balance constantly and bangs against the sidewalls The dryers under panel screws are coming out.And the whole unit is not stable at all. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. JUNK and they won't take it back and refund me. They aslo screwed up the delivery 3 times and the installation once. This unit is not stable at all, it has moved across the floor. Sent service man out, and of course he said there was nothing wrong, and now they want to send another service man out. They will not take the unit back and refund my money, and my complaints started on day one on April 28th. I would not recommend this stackable washer amd dryer to my worst enemy.

I purchased this through my home warranty company, as the previous laundry center that came with the house we recently bought wasn't able to be fixed. I love the feature that automatically sets the necessary amount of water for each load. I also love that there are no buzzers when the dry cycle is complete. It works great and it's quiet. Just perfect!

Because of the design of our laundry room we had no other option but to buy a stacked center. Although skeptical at first we are pleasantly surprised by how well it handles all but the very large items such as comforters. The newer features that it offers also save us money and when it comes to water, gas and electricity.

I live in a small space so I needed a unitized washer/dryer; my last one, a GE, developed a leak and the cost to repair was over half what I paid for it so it was time to look for a new one. So happy I found this model, not only is it bigger and can fit more clothes, it's quieter, saves water usage and energy, it's faster and costs less than the last model. Overall a simple and straight forward washer/dryer stacked combo that does what it needs to. Washes well. Dries well. And it doesn't make too much noise. Great for our small condo and fits nicely in the closet we have for the washer and dryer.

We purchased this unit for our new "mother-in-law" suite. The main thing we noticed, right away, is how quiet this unit is compared to other brands. Also, for the money, the wash and dryer cycle features are much more extensive. It was a royal pain to get this thing delivered to us, but it was worth the wait.
